If you would like to receive the ICMED Journal please click on the type of journal you would like to receive. You can either choose the Digital delivery which is sent to you in PDF format, or you can receive the hard copy mailed (shipping included) to your personal or business address.

To facilitate communication, the address, phone number, fax number, and e-mail address of the corresponding author should be given at the time of paper submission.
